Hi there, the red words were added by me. Since I wrote about the types of techniques, I classified your examples in different categories of techniques. The reason why it is red is that there is still no wiki page about these phrases. I can made them black if you like574889MGMT (talk) 01:07, 9 March 2014 (UTC)574889MGMT (talk) 01:06, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Guys,

jus to let you know that i did change the effect on job demand and job resources from: According to Tims and Bakker, employees can have significant influence on their job resources.[1]. Job crafting is proved to be effective as it leads to an increase in the level of job resources over time. This means that employees may be able to response to different work situation and actively utilize their resources even if those resources are limited. Also, the well-being of each employee will increase as it is positively associated with increased job resources. [2]

To: Job demand is a situation when employees take up more works because they are not given chance of using all their skills and this is done by adding more challenging works whereas job resources are usually associated with the well-being of employees such as training opportunities and performance appraisal .The job demand level increase if they are exposed to adequate job resources but it could lead to additional stress if there are not enough job resources to support the employees.

and i delete the "overcome difficulties" under negative effect in the emotional outcomes because the paragraph written there does not really make any sense and also the paragraph write "for example". and i believed everything that written in wikipedia supposed to be fact base and have to be able to be verified and on that purpose, i delete the "overcome possibilities" section.

Thank you
