Existing theories and models on turnover

[edit]

599081MGMT (talk) 02:07, 24 April 2014 (UTC)Under this section, the relevant theories appear to be randomly edited, not in a timely manner. In other words, the timeline of those theories is not built by the editors, they just added the relevant theories, but did not arrange them from old to the recent. Thus building a proper timeline could helper other users to better understand the revolution of the turnover theories, it is much clearer and much more thorough.[reply]

Motivations to job crafting

[edit]

599081MGMT (talk) 02:19, 24 April 2014 (UTC)In the History section, under the subtitle of Job Characteristic Theory, there was a part called "Motivation to job crafting". I changed the structure of the content, in which I combined this part with the "Motivations for job crafting" section below. The reason is that they appear to be two repetitive parts, and some of the descriptions are seemed overlap. So put them together could better serve the structure and flow of the whole content, and not to confuse users. In addition, I also add some more description in this section, in order to make it comprehensive and specific.[reply]
