adding an image to an article
[edit]To post images, I recommend reading Wikipedia:Images and Wikipedia:Extended image syntax. It's a bit complicated because you have several options that you can set yourself. A simple way to add an image is to type in:
[[Image:image_name.something|thumb|right|Your desired image caption.]]
where you replace "image_name.something" with whatever your image's name is, and replace "Your desired image caption" with whatever caption you would like to have below the image. Hope this helps, Lisatwo 22:57, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
P.S. The picture you're using must be already uploaded to Wikipedia. You can read Wikipedia:Uploading images for an description to put a picture up. If you need any more help, please feel free to talk to me. Lisatwo 23:00, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- You can look at Wikipedia:Upload (if you haven't already found this page yet) that will take you through uploading any picture that you have. Any picture on a Wikipedia article must go through this process first before being included. Lisatwo 17:27, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
Templates
[edit]please don't remove templates unless you have fixed something. Your article still lists no references. Ridernyc 03:55, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
It was removed T. C. Puck because I added two references. You then re-added your template and removed the two references.--50Goals 06:30, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
- I think this issue might be about having reliable sources. See Wikipedia:Reliable sources for an explanation on what is an acceptable reference. A website for rumors or a single forum post doesn't usually make the cut for being reliable. Lisatwo 17:31, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
