Moving pages
[edit]With regards to your question at the Teahouse, I think the person answering forgot that unregistered and very new editors can't move pages. For the "move" button to appear, you need to be registered and "confirmed", which normally requires 4 days and ten edits ("autoconfirmed"; see here for full details). If you created a draft under another IP address, you need to register and get confirmed to move it; if you created a page of any kind under a registered ID, you need to log in to move it. (This IP shows only edits to the Teahouse.) If as the person who answered you there said, you mean re-name some other kind of page, such as your user page, you would need to change your user name; go back to the Teahouse logged in to your account and explain more fully.
