Hi guys I told you yesterday I was blocked for no reason when I hit the talk page it brought me to 92.251.206.24 now today of course that talkpage number has changed to this number. I can edit from Google chrome but not standard google. Can anyone help to lift this block please ?.

it is blocked it may not look it from your end but everytime I try and edit the same thing comes up saying I am blocked the IP address keeps changing but I am blocked. What can I do please ?.
