Request reason:

I primarily edit from my IP and only use an account to create pages, or if I forget I'm logged in. I stated that on my userpage in full disclosure. I've never broken Wikipedia rules, including the rules about sockpuppetry, as I never did so in order to mislead as it was fully disclosed and I never contributed to one discussion as multiple people.

All I did is turn this article into this in good faith, aside from minor edits elsewhere. Drmies deleted half of my contributions[1] and proposed reverting all of my edits[2] so I did.[3]

Following this, I told him I would leave Wikipedia[4] and I retired my account, RandomBlobby, so blocking it after this was punitive not preventative, contrary to BLOCKP.

Contrary to BLOCKNO and INVOLVED, Drmies blocked my IP range, RandomBlobby and ThirteenToThirty. That was simply to gain advantage in the content dispute, contrary to ADMIN. I received no warning, contrary to BEFOREBLOCK.

I fully evidenced everything in RandomBlobby's block appeal. Believing I had to address each block seperately, I made an appeal for the IP range, but Yamla implied that all blocks would be addressed in the one appeal and closed the IP appeal. Unfortunately, RandomBlobby's block expired so SQL closed that appeal, but my IP range and ThirteenToThirty remain blocked. This appeal is to address the remaining TWO blocks.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline. This IPv6 address is not blocked, nor is any relevant parent subnet. If you have an affected account which is blocked, please login and make your unblock request there. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 18:09, 13 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Related discussion at my talkpage here (I repeatedly suggested AN would be the appropriate venue for this complaint), and the unblock request here. SQLQuery Me! 18:38, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
SQL has advised me where to address my complaint against an admin that abused countless rules. However, the above is not a complaint; it is an unblock request. I cannot make a complaint on AN until I'm unblocked. When I am, I will make that complaint. My account is retired and has been retired since before the block so I hate using it for any purpose. I want to solely edit WP using IP. Responding with my account because my IP has already changed so I can't edit this talk page with IP. RandomBlobby (talk) 23:43, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

One of your accounts, RandomBlobby is not blocked at present. You could easily start a topic at AN right now. SQLQuery Me! 04:53, 19 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

My account is retired. Since retirement, I have used it only for getting the blocks lifted. Whilst I intend to make a complaint, making it is not the same as appealing the blocks, so I will only do so with my IP. I hate accounts -- I only created this one to make articles without being a burden on AfC. For that consideration, I just faced abuse in return. I'm only here to build an encyclopedia; nothing more, nothing less. I don't need or want an account for that. Responding with my account because my IP has already changed so I can't edit this talk page with IP. RandomBlobby (talk) 05:35, 19 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Retiring is your choice, and not ours. You are able to post to AN without issue the last time I checked. Your issue belongs there, if it is valid. SQLQuery Me! 05:48, 19 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

My issue is that there are two blocks against me, so I have followed the process to appeal those, and I have kept it brief this time.

Once I can edit with my IP again, I will research Wikipedia's dispute resolution and make a complaint. I agree, retiring is my choice; I volunteer my personal time to make good faith edits, and certainly am not here to be abused by a specific individual. There is no reason consistent with policy for me to not be able to use my IP. Responding with my account because my IP has already changed so I can't edit this talk page with IP.
