Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked from editing for a period of 60 hours for persistently making disruptive edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Joyous! Noise! 05:56, 28 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I have never edited in the spaces associated with this IP, I seem to have collected another blocked IP. This is especially prominent with dynamic IP addresses. I am not associated with any of the edits from this IP. I have reviewed all of the edits by this IP and don't even edit in the spaces listed in the edit history. 27.96.192.131 (talk) 08:38, 12 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This IP is not currently blocked(it was blocked for 60 hours last April). It is possible you are being affected by an indirect block, in which case we need to know the exact message that you see when you attempt to make an edit. If you have any VPN on, make sure it is turned off and your browser cache is cleared before you attempt to edit. If you want to avoid the problems associated with contributing via a dynamic IP, you may create an account(or request one via WP:ACC). That way your edits will be your own and you will be much less likely to be affected by blocks caused by others. 331dot (talk) 09:18, 12 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Review the information below for assistance if you do not believe that you have done anything wrong.

There appears to be a range block. I am not using a VPN.

The IP address or range 2001:8004:0:0:0:0:0:0/32 has been blocked by ‪AmandaNP‬ for the following reason(s):

Editing from this range has been disabled (blocked) in response to abuse.

There appears to be a range block I am not using a VPN. I receive this message. I am not associated with any of the edits on this IP. Even weirder is that it corresponds with an IPV6 address. I am not on an IP V6 address as of right now (obviously). This IP address has been blocked from editing Wikipedia. This does not affect your ability to read Wikipedia pages. As 331dot has noted below, it's clear that your data is being routed through some sort of VPN or proxy given that the IP on which you are requesting an unblock (27.96.192.131 as can be seen on this page and which is not currently blocked) is different from the IPs noted in the block message (2001:8004:0:0:0:0:0:0/32).Ponyobons mots 23:43, 14 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Please place new posts at the bottom, to keep them in order. The mere fact that a different IP appears in the message that you see means that something is in operation to make your IP seem different than it actually is. It is possible that your device picked up another IP, or that someone else on your network has a VPN/proxy in operation. 331dot (talk) 12:45, 12 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
