I've created a new draft of a page after one was removed, but I can't get it out of Draft mode. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! Just put {{subst:submit| username}} at the top, replacing "username" with your username. That will put it up for review by Articles for Creation volunteers. Just so you are aware, the wait time is currently about 3 weeks. Once you are more experienced, you will be able to move articles out to mainspace directly. Hope that helps!

I looked a bit more. I can't see deleted articles, so I don't know if this is in any way relevant, but make sure you have really improved the content of the article from the deleted version. People get understandably annoyed if deleted articles get recreated without major improvement. That being said, I don't see it being an issue here since the last deletion was for blatant promotion and the new version seems perhaps a little biased, but not blatantly promotional.
