I accidentally posted while not logged in. But this post is from Thethird1.

I previously removed WepSIM because it it has poor RISC-V support and there are much more applicable simulators to showcase.

WepSIM was previously added in https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=RISC-V&oldid=922357532

I removed it in https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=RISC-V&oldid=958212429

Then it was readded in https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=RISC-V&oldid=972302622

The wording is incredibly similar and both IPs seem to be based in Madrid which is where WepSIM is developed. So because it seems like self-promotion, and in my opinion as a person working in the RISC-V simulator, lack of sufficient relevance, I feel confident removing it. For educational simulators, Ripes, rv8, venus, jupiter and rars (my project) are all more relevant.

Dear wikipedia editor, WepSIM is a relevant simulator for educational purposes on RISC-V (32 bits, i and m instructions sets), and for MIPS32 too (5 years of experiences of this project). You can add as many other educational simulators as you think should be known, but wikipedia is about adding knownledge and not about remove it.
