User:Joseph2302, WP:NOBAN is quite explicit about this circumstance as has been explained to you several times, and the only good case for harassment is against you. Don't make me diff it because I will. The only reason I didn't start an WP:ANI last time was because you again retracted your false allegations. Continue however and I will have no choice. I would have been more than justified in tagging that page as a G3, and you need to review WP:BLP.
