Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Apostles in the New Testament shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. tgeorgescu (talk) 16:35, 9 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Apostles in the New Testament, you may be blocked from editing. tgeorgescu (talk) 16:35, 9 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Tit-for-tat

[edit]

Tit-for-tat warnings with no substance, as you posted here, are not acceptable. You have been blocked for 48 hours for harassment, edit warring, and adding unsourced content. If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. 1 - adding "unsourced content" is a lie. I never added unsourced content, I was re-arranging content in a table to be clearer.
2 - "edit warring" is a lie. I made an edit, and tgeorgescu revert edited me. I did not know what was going on, so I corrected.
tgeorgescu is lying. You are lying.
Neither of you have any idea what you're doing, and you're both violating wikipedia rules. Both of you should be stripped of whatever authority you have. 2601:181:4600:A8C0:0:0:0:81EA (talk) 17:57, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You were changing words with:
  • no explanation;
  • no source for checking that change.
Text inside Wikipedia should not be changed at whim.
Even admitting for the sake of argument that I was wrong, abiding by WP:PRESERVE is the safest assumption to be made when a random IP changes text without explanation and without sources. tgeorgescu (talk) 20:00, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
