I’m sorry that you’ve been abused in the past. However, that does not mean that anything that happens to you that you don’t like is now abuse. I do apologize for mistaking you for someone else, however that is not abuse. The worst you could possibly say about it is that it was an assumption on my part. And for that I apologize. But nothing I did today is something that anyone but you would consider to be abuse. You can report me for what you see as bullying all you want, but I know that nothing I’ve done to you has fallen under that category of behavior. I appreciate the apology. I was merely trying to explain how your behavior can be interpreted as such and with my business working I failed to explain properly and for that I apologize.
