I saw your comment on the John Tester talk page - which is actually used to help improve the article about John Tester. However, while I do not have an affiliation with Senator Tester, nor do I live in Montana, I suggest calling his office directly for assistance. That's often the best way to get help from your Senator - they can help you with matters like this sometimes or advise. I'd call your closest office. You can find it here. Good luck and take care.
