What I think this is is simply Bulgarian-language artifacts discovered in Romania resulting from its conquest by the Second Bulgarian Empire. If you wish to write about the influence of that on Romania itself that would be notable; the problem is this subject is discussed in the sources entirely relating to the greater Bulgarian cultural influence over Romania. In other words, sources seem not to discuss this specific topic per se as much as the general Bulgarian influence. If you want to create a section of that on the Second Bulgarian Empire article or create a new article that will have a better chance at being accepted.
