[edit]Hello, I'm Mcmatter. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Texture (painting) have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. McMatter (talk)/(contrib) 12:58, 13 September 2019 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

[edit]Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Paint. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. - Editing logged out to avoid scrutiny is also likely to get your account blocked for sockpuppetry. -- Begoon 09:36, 28 November 2019 (UTC)

[edit]You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Paint. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. . Widr (talk) 13:13, 18 December 2019 (UTC)- If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
