• Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes ~~~~ at the end of your post. Why is my edit unconstructive? The source states that the U.S. has recognised both the Cook Islands and Niue as sovereign states. The U.S. no longer consider them to be "self-governing territories".
