I dont Care what you say, you are not post to remove the Sandbox Header per WP:RMHEAD,

The header contains important information. Without the header, new users may not know what is and isn't acceptable. Without it, they may not know that their changes will not be permanent, and it may deter new users when they discover that their edits are missing.

Please do not add multiple sandbox headers on Wikipedia talk:Sandbox page. On the page Wikipedia:Sandbox and Wikipedia talk:Sandbox, trying to clearing the sandbox, the edit filter detects "LTA ranges" was false positive, resulting different IP address and edit delta less than -500 will get disallowed.
