Thank you for reverting your recent revert on User talk:108.56.139.120. For the record, editors are allowed to remove most messages they receive on their talk page without restrictions, including warnings. See WP:OWNTALK. Specifically:
Although archiving is preferred, users may freely remove comments from their own talk pages. Users may also remove some content in archiving. The removal of a warning is taken as evidence that the warning has been read by the user. This specifically includes both registered and unregistered users.

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
