[edit]Please do not add or change content, as you did at Stargate (film), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 15:05, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Stargate (film). DonIago (talk) 15:32, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
Thank you for providing a source. However, the source you provided only claims that the plot of Stargate is similar to that of the TZ episode. As such, it is undue to include this in the lead, especially without any evidence that it was intentional or that it caused any sort of controversy. You might find a place to mention this elsewhere in the article, though I'm not sure about that. You're also welcome to discuss this at the article's Talk page if you disagree; perhaps other editors will in turn disagree with my assessment! Thank you for your understanding. Hi 178.66.158.182! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Stargate (film) several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.
All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Stargate (film), please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 16:18, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
