[edit]Hello, I'm Megaman en m. I noticed that you recently removed content from Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Choroid plexus edit
[edit]On my talk page, you said: I see you have reverted my correction of the statement "There is a CSF-brain barrier at the level of the pia mater, but only in the embryo.", referring this correction as "non-constructive". Could you explain what you have meant by "non-constructive"? The layer that constitutes a barrier in embryo, yet becomes a permeable layer in adult life is not at the level of pia mater but at the level of the neuroepithelial lining which, in adult life, will become the layer we call the ependyma, and you can confirm this by rechecking your own reference article. Please let me know if I am mistaken. If I am not, please revert your reversion.
- Thanks for your considerate comment. Your edit was overly technical, and the previous version was accurate, according to the source (caption to Fig. 1f): There is a CSF-brain barrier at the level of the pia mater, but only in the embryo. Also, this area of research remains controversial - See under Some dogmas and controversies and WP:NOTJOURNAL #6-8. Zefr (talk) 20:17, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
- The discussion has been moved to the choroid plexus talk page for further review and comments from other editors, here. It would help if you participated there, rewrote your edit as a proposed draft, and justified it with a specific source(s). Zefr (talk) 18:45, 13 December 2021 (UTC)
