If I understand your feedback, you are suggesting that we start with a sort of FAQ/Frequently Asked Questions and then go into the detail of the article?
In essence that is what the article does, only in a prose method.
The first sentence attempts to capture at the highest level the most important things someone should know about Hannibal. The rest of the lead section then covers the major high points. Then the body of the article goes into the details.
