Hello world! Just as a general note, there is not much point in leaving messages for me on this IP address talkpage. I am "roving", in the sense of the verb not the noun, and so is my IP address. It changes all the time. So any messages left here will become lost the next time my IPA changes, or they might end up with whoever uses this IPA on Wikipedia at some unknown future time.

Please leave any messages on the article page in question, as that is the only place we can reliably communicate. 172.97.154.59 (talk) 01:30, 4 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Edward Furlong, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 23:28, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Edward Furlong. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Edward Furlong. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. You are adding too much material that is not supported by citations. You have also been using multiple IPs from Toronto including Special:Contributions/172.97.186.44, Special:Contributions/172.97.171.7 and Special:Contributions/172.97.193.180.
