Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Porcupine Tree. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 19:54, 21 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you add defamatory content to Wikipedia again, as you did at Concordia University, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. – bradv🍁 03:53, 22 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Death Grips. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Robvanvee 19:24, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Anthony Fantano. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 06:06, 27 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! I'm leaving you a notice here to let you know that I responded to the message you left for me on my user talk page. You can read it by clicking here. :-) Best regards - ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 17:38, 27 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Serols. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to MTL Blog— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. Serols (talk) 18:59, 16 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Amesoeurs, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Wikipedia has to be as formal as it gets. — Vaibhavafro💬 03:08, 18 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

As you can see there are several users on that page who are ready to revert you immediately. Although I agree with you that Poppy is not a religious leader, those people are going by narrow interpretation of policy rather than applying common sense for this. You must bring the matter to a wider audience to prevent the hogging of this article by the few colluding editors. Ae245 (talk) 14:03, 21 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to Orchid (album), have conflicted with our neutral point of view and/or verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. GorillaWarfare (talk) 22:00, 23 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
