In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. Strong disagree. The criteria applied to the creation or retention of an article are not the same as those applied to the content inside it. As you know WP:BLP tends to have a bit of a higher standard for notability and sourcing. Here there's not really a lot of coverage or sourcing specifically on Fiedler as opposed to the work he as done as part of the development companies he has worked for. On the Criticism section, WP:ONEEVENT applies - we can't say that he's notable as a whole if the coverage about him is only picking up a very narrow thing he said at one time!
