If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
There is a misunderstanding here. I was trying to inform you of a problem. Your new rollbacker deleted my question, which was an earnest one, on the Miscellaneous Reference Desk, without explanation or any apparent good reason. Given his obvious lack of English, I was sure it would be more efficient to report it to you with a copy of what he did. I genuinely had no intent to cause vandalism and regret this misunderstanding.144.35.45.46 (talk) 00:49, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
There is no misunderstanding. This is not a good-faith edit clearly notifying me of a problem. If you have a problem with another users’ edits, discuss it with them, providing diffs to show what it is you are talking about. Beeblebrox (talk) 00:58, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
That is rather harsh, sir. I feel provoked now. You made no indication in your first message above that you understood my motive for contacting you. Yet you claim "There is no misunderstanding." I don't appre ciate sanctimonious quasi-sarcastic replies like that from anyone, but most especially from admins!144.35.45.46 (talk) 01:03, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Whatever. You acually did have a point, but you did a terrible job of communicating it. Beeblebrox (talk) 02:25, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
sorry, I'll live and learn.144.35.45.46 (talk) 05:01, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
