USMA content on VMI article

[edit]

USMA fan - this is a VMI article. Go be a booster on the USMA site and leave the VMI article for VMI. Rillian (talk) 15:16, 22 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm unaffiliated with this full situation, IP, but I think the biggest problem that other editors are having, besides your insistence on adding unreferenced material to this article, is the fact that it starts with the phrase "it's interesting to note". That is not an encyclopedic phrase. It is a peacock phrase that has no place in an encyclopedia of documented, sourced facts. It might be true. It might be include-able. But starting it with "it's interesting to note" is getting it deleted every time. Rephrase what you are trying to add here on this talkpage, with a reliable reference. I'll look at it, and see if I can't get it added to the article for you. Continuing to "revert" and "undo" other editors will only get you blocked again. Please be advised. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from KAFA-FM. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. When not improving the article, please explain why tags or other templates are removed on the article's talk page Rtphokie (talk) 22:48, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits to June 4

[edit]

Dear 140.32.16.100,
Some of your edits on the page June 4 have been undone by PseudoBot, a robot built to keep the date pages tidy. The problems are:

The person you added doesn't seem to have a Wikipedia page.

If the page exists, check that you've spelled and capitalized the name the same way as the article, and try again. If it doesn't yet exist, read this page carefully before creating it. In particular, you shouldn't create a page about yourself or anyone you know personally. If this bot has got it wrong (as can unfortunately happen), please accept its author's apologies, and (if you would like) leave a message on this talk page with the details, so it can be improved. PseudoBot (talk) 19:43, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Barbara Boxer appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you. THEN WHO WAS PHONE? (talk) 21:13, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
