[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. – Gilliam (talk) 11:28, 5 December 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Per this he was waived with an injury designation in May. When a player is waived with an injury designation, if they go unclaimed on waivers, which he did, the player reverts to injured reserve of the team that released them. The Chiefs have not reached an injury settlement with him meaning he is still on IR. That is why he is still listed on IR on the template.--Rockchalk717 18:38, 24 October 2018 (UTC)
