[edit]Hello, I'm The Banner. I noticed that you made a comment on the page McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornet that didn't seem very civil, so it may have been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. The Banner talk 18:23, 25 July 2022 (UTC)
- what part exactly isnt civil ? 1234567890Bobdob (talk) 18:39, 25 July 2022 (UTC)
- @The Banner: I don't see where 1234 was not being uncivil, just edit warring. His "if your blind" comment was in reference to Horse's comment about accessibility for the blind,
"not if you're blind and having the page read to you"
, which is what 1234 was responding to. Visually impaired users utilize screen readers, so the caption "A U.S. Navy F/A-18C in flight" is helpful to them, per WP:ACCESSIBILITY. When your block expires, you can post on the article's talk page and explain why you believe, from reading the the Accessibility guideline, that it doesn't apply in this case. But if you go back to edit warring, you'll just receive a longer block next time. BilCat (talk) 20:45, 25 July 2022 (UTC)

In case you wonder, this outburst demonstrates that you are not fit to edit Wikipedia. Favonian (talk) 21:34, 25 July 2022 (UTC)
