Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 120.29.108.137. Place any further information here. 120.29.108.137 (talk) 07:42, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I see no block on this IP address directly; if you are using a VPN, you will need to turn it off and clear your browser cache before attempting to edit or create an account. You can also request an account at WP:ACC. If you have need to use a VPN, you can request an IP block exemption once you have an account. 331dot (talk) 09:11, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Been 10 years since I have been allowed to edit Wikipedia freely. I am not sure why. Mods are very rude about it all. Keep telling me if I am not a troll to create an account. But every time I try, I am denied. I do ancient and foreign languages, manuscripts, and German literature. I used to work for the Vatican and for text institutes in Germany. I can provide a wealth of information, for some reason, unavailable in English. Never done anything with any controversial or political things.

I am currently attempting to validate if the coat of arms of the Abbey of Saint Gall indeed is a bear with a large penis, or if this was vandalism. Thanks.

It turns out the bear penis is supposed to be valid... either way, would be nice to contribute. I should point out, I have accounts in several other languages on wikipedia and only have problems with English wiki. I also am very prolific on wiktioary without incident.120.29.108.137 (talk) 09:12, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

{unblock|reason=Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 120.29.108.137. Can we fix this and bad these other 2 mods? Seriously, why is English wikipedia total garbage? "Callocation" is not even spelled right in English. 120.29.108.137 (talk) 11:21, 9 December 2020 (UTC)} If you have an account that works on another language Wikipedia, it should work here. We can't help you since we see no block on this IP. 331dot (talk) 12:08, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I also do not see where I have been rude to you. I've been nothing but polite and civil and will continue to be. 331dot (talk) 12:14, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Then why are you blocking me and lying about it? That is not what they call "civil" on any other wikipedia. 120.29.108.137 (talk) 12:23, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I personally have not blocked this IP address. There are hundreds of administrators. You can look at the block log for this IP to see for yourself that it is not blocked currently and has not been blocked in the past. If your account is blocked, you need to request unblock from your account. 331dot (talk) 12:26, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
OK. You have not personally blocked me. But You keep claiming that I am not blocked. When I am. Why are you doing that then, if not for malicious intent? Also, you have the power to unblock me, but refuse to, without cause. Why would you do that? To be nice? 120.29.108.137 (talk) 13:24, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki Gangs

Request reason:

I am being attacked be some wiki gang. Please eliminate them permanently and reinstate me. Thanks. 120.29.108.137 (talk) 13:43, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You've created an account, which is free to edit -- and your behavior on this IP has gotten this IP blocked. Since you're now able to edit with your newly created account, I suggest you tone down your language in general. "Wiki gang"? "Eliminate them permanently"? That won't work well here. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 16:04, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I actually do not want you to believe me. Look at the block log for yourself to see that this IP was not blocked until today. If you have an account that is blocked here on the English Wikipedia, you need to request unblock from that account. I don't have the power to unblock you if there is no block on this IP(which there wasn't, again, until today) as there is no block to remove if I cannot see it. 331dot (talk) 14:33, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
