Someone using this IP address has posted a message to my talk page, asking for help, because they are blocked from UTRS for six months. I have no way of knowing what their account is, since they didn't tell me, so there's nothing I could do to help. However, since it is clear that the editor was using this IP address to try to evade the effect of a block, I shall block the address for six months.
