Don't worry about the deletion request

[edit]

I've put Crimson Delight (apple) up for deletion: don't worry, this is to delete the redirect, since the article was moved to Crimson Delight. A redirect is just an alternative title that automatically jumps to another, and a redirect is automatically created when an article is moved. We don't need to "disambiguate" the article title with "(apple)" since there is nothing else called "Crimson Delight".

Usually we keep these things in case they are used (they're harmless), but since it's so new, it's perhaps better to delete it so that people use the shorter name when linking from other articles.

Welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you enjoy editing here. Si Trew (talk) 04:28, 12 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Crimson Delight for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Crimson Delight is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Crimson Delight until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Orange Mike | Talk 01:19, 13 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Thank you. {{unblock-un|new username}} You do it by following my instructions I gave you above in the blocking notification (blue box). Instead of "new username", you should type actual new username that you want to use. Vanjagenije (talk) 20:10, 14 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

That particular name may not be the best choice: Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Primetime. —Wasell(T) 21:24, 14 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
