[edit]Hello, I'm FormalDude. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, John Archibald Mills, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ––FormalDude (talk) 09:51, 21 October 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to an article, List of countries with Burger King franchises. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments are more appropriate for the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. However, keep in mind that even on the talk page of an article, you should limit your discussion to improving the article. Article talk pages are not the place to discuss opinions of the subject of articles, nor are such pages a forum. Thank you. Miner Editor (talk) 02:59, 15 April 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Acroterion (talk) 02:45, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- Excuse me, so the Premier of China is not a Marxist? Shocking to think this is the level of intellectual quality for wiki admin. This is not a controversial point. 103.249.33.10 (talk) 03:11, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- It's even listed in the Chinese translation of the page. 103.249.33.10 (talk) 03:15, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- Dropping little "Marxist" adjectives on all Chinese politicians is overly simplistic and completely unnecessary. The China of today is quite far from something that Karl Marx would recognize. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia to make a point, and please provide a source that someone is broadly described as such, which despite your personal analysis is not a common description, as it is so broad as to be useless. Acroterion (talk) 03:17, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- Ahh I see so the CCP politicians are not Marxist. Thank you for this, this is a news story really. You should let Business Insider know your scoop. 103.249.33.10 (talk) 03:19, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- I suspect you really are not in a place to comment on the ideological commitments of the CCP or on Xi Jinping theory. 103.249.33.10 (talk) 03:20, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- Also no answer given the fact that it is already mentioned in the Chinese version of the article. Perhaps you will argue that Marxism is not the same as communism and that the CCP is not ML but rather Maoist which would be incorrect. 103.249.33.10 (talk) 03:22, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you make personal attacks on other people. Comment on content, not on fellow editors. Acroterion (talk) 03:21, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- Please make it clear, will I be blocked for taking information from the Chinese version of the article on a Chinese subject and putting it into the English version? This really highlights the quality of administrator allowed on wikipedia. Not a dig at you, but very clearly a wiki problem. 103.249.33.10 (talk) 03:23, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- You will be blocked if you keep attacking editors who dare to disagree with you, or who warn you for unsourced edits. No, you may not simply grab pieces out of other Wikipedias to suit your fancy. Sourcing and consensus are compulsory. Acroterion (talk) 04:13, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- Noted thanks . Did you remove the religious beliefs listed on the Chinese page then? Seems that it is not sourced that a member of the CPC is a communist . 103.249.33.10 (talk) 04:45, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- "Suit your fancy" - obvious statements of fact. 103.249.33.10 (talk) 04:54, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- no answer , is there a dispute resolution mechanism for reporting abuse by admin? 103.249.33.10 (talk) 04:58, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- Another administrator saw your conduct and blocked you for it. You may appeal the block if you wish. Acroterion (talk) 11:55, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
