These changes do not appear constructive to me. They contravene WP:PROTAGONIST, which discourages the use of subjective labels like "protagonist" and "antagonist", "hero", "villain", etc. It should be made clear through clear character descriptions who the good guys and bad guys are. Additionally, if someone is a lead character, they are obviously a main character. That means "Main lead" is redundant. And even if we were to use "protagonist" and "antagonist", well, each of these means "leading character", so that too is redundant. If a person is part of the main cast, pointing out that they are "main" is also redundant. Lastly, we don't need to be told who the males and females are. This is a bizarre thing that only appears in Indian soap opera articles. If the children who write about Sofia the First can do so without indicating who all the "main male lead protagonists" are, I think the adults who write about Indian soap operas can follow suit.
