Please do not add unhelpful and unconstructive content to Wikipedia, as you did to The ryston shield. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Stephenb (Talk) 10:27, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you are a new user, welcome to Wikipedia. With regards to your recent actions, it would be appreciated if you would not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as it appears you did with The ryston shield. The information boxes are needed to establish community consensus about the status of an article, and removing them without a valid reason is considered vandalism. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. --OnoremDil 10:35, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of The Linford cup

[edit]

An editor has nominated The Linford cup, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The ryston shield and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. A tag has been placed on The ryston shield, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as articles for deletion. If you can indicate how The ryston shield is different from the previously posted material, or if you can indicate why this article should not be deleted, I advise you to place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article, and also put a note on Talk:The ryston shield saying why this article should stay. An admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 4 under General criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. We welcome your help in trying to improve Wikipedia, and we request you to follow these instructions. --OnoremDil 10:29, 30 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to create inappropriate pages such as Longwood football team, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --OnoremDil 11:35, 30 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No personal attacks

[edit]

This is your last warning. If you continue to make personal attacks on other people as you did at User talk:Onorem, you will be blocked for disruption. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people.

I'm not actually deleting them. I'm just tagging them for deletion. I'd be happy to stop doing that if you'd stop recreating pages for things that aren't notable. --OnoremDil 12:27, 30 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for persistent vandalism. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. Seraphimblade Talk to me 12:28, 30 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The article Dark Winter (novel) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

non-notable per WP:BK

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 19:46, 20 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
