I'm from Mainland China and I have owned zhIPBE and Global IPBE. I'm translating some articles on enwp and find some errors at the same time. I'm eager to fix it but I can't edit because of my IP proxy. I have tried to request an enIPBE via UTRS. But I can't submit my request through the system. Every time I submit my request, it shows me:
