Speedy deleted tag
[edit]A tag has been placed on University of Health Science, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. If you plan to add more material to the article, I advise you to do so immediately. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.
This is your last warning.
The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Re: New articles
[edit]Hi Vantharith:
I appreciate your enthusiasm for creating articles. Perhaps it's best to think of Wikipedia like other encyclopedias for a moment: you wouldn't open up an Encyclopedia Brittanica to find a blank entry, or an entry with some names and phone numbers. It's best to develop one good article rather than 10 bad ones or 100 empty ones.
Jackk has smiled at you! Smiles promote WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day better. Spread the WikiLove by smiling to someone else, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. Happy editing!
Smile at others by adding {{subst:smile}}, {{subst:smile2}} or {{subst:smile3}} to their talk page with a friendly message.

For more information, take a look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Thanks. -- ReyBrujo 17:41, 25 December 2006 (UTC)

Warning
[edit]The article Taxation in Cambodia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- no substance; not edited for over 10 days
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Deb (talk) 12:14, 30 October 2012 (UTC)
Cambodian article requests
[edit]Hi! Do you do article requests on the Cambodian Wikipedia?
Also are you available to transcribe Cambodian text I see on websites? There are some Cambodian names that need to be stated on articles on EN WhisperToMe (talk) 08:38, 5 January 2013 (UTC)
I left the list on your Khmer talk page. Thanks WhisperToMe (talk) 00:40, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
Would it be alright if you added a Cambodian description for Commons:Category:Lowell, Massachusetts? I added info in Spanish and Portuguese, but I would like to have somebody add Cambodian too. A lot of Cambodians live in Lowell, Massachusetts Thanks WhisperToMe (talk) 08:55, 4 February 2013 (UTC)

Article Feedback Tool update
[edit]Hey Vantharith. I'm contacting you because you're involved in the Article Feedback Tool in some way, either as a previous newsletter recipient or as an active user of the system. As you might have heard, a user recently anonymously disabled the feedback tool on 2,000 pages. We were unable to track or prevent this due to the lack of logging feature in AFT5. We're deeply sorry for this, as we know that quite a few users found the software very useful, and were using it on their articles.
We've now re-released the software, with the addition of a logging feature and restrictions on the ability to disable. Obviously, we're not going to automatically re-enable it on each article—we don't want to create a situation where it was enabled by users who have now moved on, and feedback would sit there unattended—but if you're interested in enabling it for your articles, it's pretty simple to do. Just go to the article you want to enable it on, click the "request feedback" link in the toolbox in the sidebar, and AFT5 will be enabled for that article.
Again, we're very sorry about this issue; hopefully it'll be smooth sailing after this :). If you have any questions, just drop them at the talkpage. Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) 22:05, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for March 29
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Accreditation Committee of Cambodia, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Build Bright University (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. There's no Interface Admin on a certain Wiki
[edit]This request for help from administrators has been answered. If you need more help or have additional questions, please reapply the {{admin help}} template, or contact the responding user(s) directly on their own user talk page. |
Greetings,
Before I reach IANB not for this quick question, Is there any way fast to edit or create CSS/JS pages and gadgets which are translated ones but entirely based from this and ZH Wiki? Because there are several of them I need to take care with. But there's no IAdmins on KM Wiki and I'm not specialized in even JavaScript instead I'd like to translate those pages and get some templates working. Thank you for helping. --វ័ណថារិទ្ធ (Vantharith) (talk) 03:45, 25 August 2020 (UTC)
:You'd be better off asking a km admin individually as they seem to have imported enwiki's Administrators' noticeboard and then not used it. You could also step up, km:វិគីភីឌា:សុំធ្វើជាអភិបាល (I think that's their RFA page). -- Cabayi (talk) 09:40, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
- Doh! I see that under your other username, វ័ណថារិទ្ធ, you already have. How about discussing it with your fellow admins/crats and getting yourself appointed as km's first IA? Cabayi (talk) 09:46, 27 August 2020 (UTC)

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion".
