That is where I think you are getting everyone confused. Facebook has nothing to do with Wikipedia. So if you're on Facebook that is not a problem that anyone here can resolve for you. Yes it sounds like your IP address where you're accessing the internet from is on a blocklist. Depending on the specific block it can limit access. Often simply logging on using an account like you are now is all you need to do for continued access. However, if you are still having problems first see what the situation is regarding your internet access. It would seem that you are probably using some sort of language translator which is causing some very important information to be lost. For example, you say "request that email be sent back" -- that makes no sense. Additionally, typing in ALL CAPITAL (large, uppercase letters) is culturally considered rude.
