Dear @Qcne,

I'm afraid I do not understand the reason of which my article was not accepted. I highly believe in it and the fact that this Major General is important and coalified to have his own article on Wikipedia. I would like to improve the article and fix whatever is needed in order to allow it to be publish.

Hi @מיכל פידי. Before we look at his notability, you first need to put in-line citations throughout the draft text. Every single paragraph and statement must have an associated citation which is automatically linked to a reference source. And the text should only be a paraphrase of that source.

Your current draft only has four in-line citations, in the At ASERO Worldwide, Ltd and At Aperio Systems sections. This is far too little. How can any reader verify all the rest of the text? His date of birth, his education, his career? We can't just take your word for it.

If you read WP:BLP and carefully read the Reliable sources section you will see we require every single piece of material to have a source with an in-line citation.

There are some other problems with the draft too: you have WP:PEACOCK wording which breaches the strict WP:NPOV policy, and you have far too many External links, please read WP:EXTERNAL.

But focus on the in-line citations first, as that is the most pressing issue. If you need help, follow the instructions at WP:INTREFVE.
