Speedy deletion nomination of Independent education center
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Independent education center requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. WuhWuzDat 20:25, 17 December 2010 (UTC)

- Hi! I had to delete the article in question - Independent education center. As the Speedy tag said, the article did not indicate why the center was important. You may want to review Wikipedia's Guidelines on Notability to understand why Wikipedia doesn't include articles on *everything* - we strive to only have articles on notable subjects. If the Center is indeed notable (and I have no knowledge about it), please feel free to recreate the article, but include statements about why it's notable. It would be best if you could also include references to third-party sources that talk about the Center.

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Hanan Melzar. The community has decided that all new biographies of living persons must contain a reliable source that supports at least one statement made about the person in the article as per our verifiability policy. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:12, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
The article Admund Levi has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Hi Gagangan (Gegangen?)
[edit]This your talk ("Discussion") page - at the top there are two "tabs"; one says "User page" (it's red because you haven't created the page yet). That is where you would write a few words about yourself or just use userboxes for basic information. (For example - my Yiddish is not good enough to understand what געגאנגען means.) If you click "Sreifa" in my signature you'll see an example (not a vey prolific example, but still...) --Sreifa (talk) 17:53, 31 December 2010 (UTC)
I also took the liberty of adding two of your new articles at the Israel project - new articles page. You can do it yourself, after creating new articles. --Sreifa (talk) 18:17, 31 December 2010 (UTC)

Your signature
[edit]Please see WP:SIG#NL. A user name consisting of non-Latin characters is OK, but users with such names are encouraged to create a custom signature (via their account preferences) which includes a Latin equivalent or transcription. Otherwise, if you sign a comment on a talk page, non-Yiddish- or non-Hebrew-speaking users (for whom your user name is going to look like illegible squiggles) won't know how to refer to you. The following would probably work in your case:
[[User:געגאנגען|געגאנגען/Gegangen]] ([[User talk:געגאנגען|talk]])
which will be expanded automatically to look like the following (with links to your user page and your talk page, respectively):
To set this as your signature, click the "my preferences" link in the upper right-hand corner of a page (after you have logged in), and then you can copy/paste the above marked-up text into the "Signature:" box. Be sure to check the box marked "Treat the above as wiki markup", and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to save this setting. Richwales (talk · contribs) 07:44, 3 January 2011 (UTC)
