Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on K.Junipeth requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Mass creation notice

[edit]

You appear to be mass creating articles about Indian villages. Some of these have no indication of notability. Please note that these kind of mass creations need prior approval by the bot approval group, which it doesn't appear you've consulted with. Please stop this mass creation without prior discussion. Shadowjams (talk) 09:00, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I`m not using bot or semi automated tools to create articles. How can I get the authorization?--Александр Мотин (talk) 09:03, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You've massively created articles of questionable notability. For the bot question you might investigate Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval. As a general issue, I'd suggest you slow down an expand upon some of the articles you've already created. Shadowjams (talk) 09:07, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I will look into it.--Александр Мотин (talk) 09:18, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The next step is ANI. Is your response a joke? "I will look into it". You aren't in control of this account? It's this account I'm referring to. Shadowjams (talk) 10:10, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I asked advice from User:Starzynka because you make me to get approval form bot approval group. But I told that I do not use automated or semi automated tools to create articles. Also your phrase "questionable notability" seems to be unclear for me.--Александр Мотин (talk) 10:24, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
For what it's worth, it is my understanding that villages have inherent notability. Narthring (talkcontribs) 02:38, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Autopatrol

[edit]

Your autopatrol request has been granted.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); September 17, 2010; 13:41 (UTC)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Patagundi, and it appears to be a substantial copy of https://www.vedamsbooks.com/no52728.htm.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) CorenSearchBot (talk) 13:57, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's a (weird) false positive. I have removed the copyvio tag from the stub in question. Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); September 17, 2010; 14:02 (UTC)
I think I`ll get lots of this kind of stuff.--Александр Мотин (talk) 14:04, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'll notify the bot owner. The stub text doesn't even appear on the pages in question. Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); September 17, 2010; 14:05 (UTC)
Thanks. These false positives distracts me so much.--Александр Мотин (talk) 14:07, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Stubs

[edit]

Hi. You don't need authorise for manual stubs. You are now on good list so no problem. As you see there are a few editors who oppose mass stubs but a lot like you and me who think this very important for future growth and potential of project. You are welcome to help me stub articles. Keep up good work, it encourages me alsoStarzynka (talk) 14:42, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Great. Glad to hear that.--Александр Мотин (talk) 14:45, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

List of places in Serbia needs finishing. It has the population figure next to the village. If you could start them like Lopardince maybe. They all have the same reference. The districts of Serbia list the municipalities to work through. Perhaps you ask User:Ezhiki what can be done for Russia.Starzynka (talk) 15:08, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Alright. I will start asap because it is already evening in Moscow. And I have already sent a wiki-email to Ezhiki.--Александр Мотин (talk) 15:13, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I've just replied. Probably not what you expected to hear...—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); September 17, 2010; 15:42 (UTC)

Well, I know Ezhiki likes to control Russian creation. I thought know as you both speak Russian he would be better to create Russian districts/main towns than me and Ezhiki could provide Russian source. Starzynka (talk) 15:50, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, exactly.--Александр Мотин (talk) 15:56, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, I really don't want to "control" anything. I am merely trying to keep the workload manageable by making sure the newly created stubs don't require massive cleanup. WP:RUSSIA is hopelessly undermanned as it is; the least we can do to help is to make sure the new material is of acceptable quality from the very start. Starzynka has been very helpful and understanding of that by far. Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); September 17, 2010; 16:02 (UTC)

This is what I mean Ezhiki, is control not correct word maybe. I mean you want them started with no cleanup needed and some content. I am sure Александр Мотин could create good stubs which you are happy with Ezhiki. For instance Ezhiki, if you provide online Russian source Александр Мотин can understand it where I cannot.Starzynka (talk) 16:07, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Online sources of this sort aren't always easy to come by, but I'll be happy to send copies via email, if that works. The important thing is that Alexander can read and understand them :) That'd be a great help indeed (if Alex is interested, of course).—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); September 17, 2010; 16:26 (UTC)
Sure, I`m interested in this. It`ll be more easy to cooperate because both of us are russian-speaking.--Александр Мотин (talk) 16:48, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think Russia probably needs the most work than any on wikipedia because of massive size, followed by China.Starzynka (talk) 17:12, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Russia is really large but almost empty . I heard that China has more than 800 000 populated placed and Russia - 157 000, and Russia is only 2 times larger than PRC. So I think India follows China.--Александр Мотин (talk) 17:18, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

India has about 638,500 villages. Starzynka (talk) 17:54, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

So I can suppose that US, China, India and Russia have together more than 2 million populated places. It is very huge amount.--Александр Мотин (talk) 17:57, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Need approval

[edit]

Hello Александр Мотин, Please see this discussion. Any mass article creation needs bot approval even though they were created by human editors. I suggest you please stop creating the stubs and get an approval. Ganeshk (talk) 16:11, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject

[edit]

Hello! WikiProject Serbia is glad that you can help us by creating fantastic stubs from this list. I just wanted to ask you do you have anyone that can tag talk pages with this wikiproject template? I think that User:Starzynka have some agreement with someone for tagging? I hope that this can be done also, so this great stubs may be regarded as high class as possible? Anyway, thanks again! :)

I can add this template to talk pages using AWB. And are you sure that these talk pages should be marked with a template as top-important Serbia articles?--Александр Мотин (talk) 09:45, 26 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Well, those are definitely not top important, mid at the most, but even blank template would be enough. Just like {{Serbia}}. :) --WhiteWriter speaks 10:26, 26 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I will leave the template blank then.--Александр Мотин (talk) 10:28, 26 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: Voleyball in Poland

[edit]

Hello Александр Мотин, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Voleyball in Poland, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: 2004 hardly meets the recently created standard of an R3 speedy. Use RFD if desired. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. Courcelles 18:10, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Starobashirovo

[edit]

Actually, I would ask you to please not do it. I can't, of course, prevent you from doing it, but consider this. I am currently working on a database on all Russian inhabited localities, which, when ready, will allow being fed into a bot and creating the stubs like Starobashirovo automatically, with more information, and with sources, too. However, when there is a one-liner like Starobashirovo already in place, it will mean that the automatic process will need to be delayed to sort the inevitable clashes, inconsistencies, inaccuracies, etc. In Starobashirovo alone I can at a glance see quite a few problems (terminology, incompleteness, inaccuracies) that thinking them mulitiplied by ~4,500 (the number of rural localities in Bashkortostan) makes me positively queasy. Such a mass creation will do more harmful than good—instead of eventually running a bot to create clean stubs which require no maintenance, we'll have 4,500 ugly one-liners which will be a pain in the ass to fix. Please reconsider. Pretty please (with a cherry on top). There are plenty other areas where mass creation of stubs will actually be helpful; this is not one of them.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); October 1, 2010; 14:57 (UTC)

You can take over from me with starting the districts. User:Ezhiki/Sandbox. Ask Ezhiki for guidance. I don't feel like wikipedia the moment after the what Z man and Xeno said about me.Starzynka (talk) 20:33, 3 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Starzynka, if you let every negative comment about yourself affect you like that, time when you feel comfortable to return to editing might never come :) Hope to see you back sooner rather than later!
Alex, are you interested in taking over the districts? It's not as quick as creating articles about villages in Serbia, but it's still fun. Or, have you ever thought about the stubs about the rivers and lakes in Russia? Surely Russia has more lakes than this? :) Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); October 4, 2010; 14:08 (UTC)
I will start the districts :)--Александр Мотин (talk) 16:52, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. The template for the districts of Primorsky Krai can be found here. Please let me know if you have any questions. Best,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); October 4, 2010; 16:59 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on K.Junipeth requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Antarctica

[edit]

Hi. The text is actually already started. There are about 14,000 in total but we alreayd have a few thousand. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Missing encyclopedic articles/Antarctica. ALl you need to do is paste it into the mainspace, even categories are sorted. If you see peak linked though remove it as it is a dab page. When all are blue linked on one page please cross it out on the list.♦ Dr. Blofeld 17:08, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Remember to remove the link to peak whenever you start a similar article. It leads to the wrong page.♦ Dr. Blofeld 18:36, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, just made it with AWB.--Александр Мотин (talk) 18:50, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Hi. Please do not replace the redirects with the text if the redirected page already contains the text. Since most of these articles may never get updated with the new information, articles on mountains should be placed into their respective mountain range page (if known). Please see Wikipedia:Notability (geography) for reasons why this is done. RedWolf (talk) 17:41, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Understood.--Александр Мотин (talk) 17:43, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Also, when you add the project templates to the talk pages, can you set class=stub and importance=low? Saves the extra work needed by another editor to do this. Thanks again. RedWolf (talk) 19:27, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Companies

[edit]

HI, there's two left in Wikipedia:WikiProject Missing encyclopedic articles/List of notable companies. Can you start them?♦ Dr. Blofeld 20:50, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I can.--Александр Мотин (talk) 20:52, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nicely done. As you are interested in ready made texts I wondered if you would be interested in starting articles using these texts from the Dictionary of National Biography. There are well over 5000 articles ready to start and eventually should number over 20,000. All you have to do is visit an entry on wikisource . Click edit, type the name of the wikipedia article you want to start (if there is more than one person with the same name you will have to dab them, e.g (John Alderson (accountant), John Alderston (general) etc. As long as the name in wikisource under the wikipedia=paramter when you click edit matches up. Then simply copy and paste the text onto wikipedia but you will have to make minor wikification fixes and categorize them. I've started Joseph Aston as an example.♦ Dr. Blofeld 21:29, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds interesting. I`ll try a few. --Александр Мотин (talk) 21:34, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You are now a Reviewer

[edit]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged revisions, underwent a two-month trial which ended on 15 August 2010. Its continued use is still being discussed by the community, you are free to participate in such discussions. Many articles still have pending changes protection applied, however, and the ability to review pending changes continues to be of use.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under level 1 pending changes and edits made by non-reviewers to level 2 pending changes protected articles (usually high traffic articles). Pending changes was applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't grant you status nor change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.

If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles 05:16, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Antarctic articles

[edit]

Hello. Please note that the Norwegian Antarctic Expedition of 1956-1960 was actually the Sixth Norwegian Antarctic Expedition; please link to the particular topic rather than the disambiguation page when creating new articles. Thanks. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 14:19, 18 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Alexander Burutin has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Wikipedia Stories Project

[edit]

Hi!

My name is Victor and I'm a storyteller with the Wikimedia Foundation, the non-profit organization that supports Wikipedia. I'm chronicling the inspiring stories of the Wikipedia community around the world, including those from readers, editors, and donors. Stories are absolutely essential for any non-profit to persuade people to support the cause, and we know the vast network of people who make and use Wikipedia have so much to share.

I'm scouring user pages looking for inspiring, motivating and interesting stories of how Wikipedia has affected the lives of people. I'm asking questions like "How has Wikipedia changed your life?", "What's the most interesting story you have about Wikipedia?" and "Has Wikipedia ever surprised you?"

Last year, we used the annual fundraiser as a way to show the world who it is who actually writes Wikipedia. We featured editors from Brazil, Ukraine, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, India, United States and England. This campaign was a huge success, resulting in the most financially successful fundraising campaign ever. It was also a campaign that stayed true to the spirit of Wikipedia, educating the public that this free top-5 website is created by volunteers like you and I.

This year we want to highlight more Russian-language Wikipedia editors, so I am in the process of planning a trip to Russia to interview editors.

If you or someone you know (or have heard about) has been positively affected by Wikipedia, or have something interesting to say about Wikipedia I'd very much like to hear about it!

Please let me know if you're inclined to take part in the Wikipedia Stories Project, or if you know someone else with whom I should speak.

Of course, if you have any questions or concerns, please ask! I will answer as soon as I can. I apologize for any poor translation of this letter, I am using Google-translate. I hope it makes you laugh :)

Thank you for your time,

Victor Grigas

Orphaned non-free media (File:Rosbank logo.png)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Rosbank logo.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:03, 12 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Mount Joli requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

The article Mattiwade has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Obscure village in rural India; not notable. This is not a Gazetteer!

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. A tag has been placed on Mikhail Trinoga requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from archive.kremlin.ru/eng/subj/201298.shtml. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Your recent editing history at Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
You've now made 3 reversions in the last 10 hours. Stickee (talk) 22:02, 11 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

You were warned not to edit war, but you continued to do so. Further edit warring after you are unblocked will lead to longer blocks. This notice must not be removed whilst the block is active. Mjroots (talk) 16:08, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The 3 revert rule is three reverts in 24 hours, the time zone doesn't matter. PhilKnight (talk) 22:49, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

This is the first incident that is why blocking should not last more than 24 hours according to WP:EDITWAR. There is no explanation about longer blocking. I am not going to violate this rule next time because current WP system time differs from my local WP time. That confused me. I was not going to violate 3RR because I am not a new editor in WP. I am here for several years and know main rules and policies. Better to unblock me but I realize the fact that accidentally my edit violated 3RR rule. You can see here (Talk:Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 and Wikipedia:Neutral point of view/Noticeboard#Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 and nonneutral caption of Satellite image of Russian MoD) that I am looking for consensus with other authors. The fact of a week blocking prevents me from discussion on the article talk page and from trying of working out a consensus.

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Mjroots (talk)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You were not only edit warring, but also pushing a biased point of view, in violation of WP:NPOV. Mjroots (talk) 03:02, 13 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Александр Мотин/Archive (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

You did not say about WP:NPOV first time upon blocking me and you did not do any warnings about possible violation of WP:NPOV to me. And even now you did not provide any diffs to support your accusation. That means that this is unfounded accusation. According to WP:3RR I should not be blocked more than for 24 hours and you did not provide any proper reason for a longer blocking considering that I have never been blocked in all Wikimedia projects for 10 years of my editing experience with more than 50k constructive edits so far. My first unblock request is here [1]. Saying about time zone I mean that this WP interface time is 8:30 a.m. and my local ru-WP interface time is 11:30 a.m. Every revert was commented by the way but not just pushing the button.

Decline reason:

It is not possible to "accidentally" violate the WP:3RR. You are talking about time zones, which looks like you were trying to WP:game the system. According to WP:EW, Any appearance of gaming the system by reverting a fourth time just outside of the 24-hour slot may also be considered edit warring.
