Kungsparken, Gothenburg

[edit]

Hi Östlänken, nice work on the new article Kungsparken, Gothenburg. I have one quick note: If you're translating from another wiki, it's good practice to provide a link to the original article for purposes of attribution (see WP:TFOLWP). Nice work once again, and let me know if you have any questions! – Lord Bolingbroke (talk) 00:10, 28 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you @Lord Bolingbroke!
How does one provide attribution? I searched through Wiki, including your link, and I'm not entirely sure how to do it correctly.
a) in edit comment which is visible in history?
b) or something like this (the yellow box)?
c) or some other way?

An interlanguage link in the edit history when you first create the article is usually sufficient. The specific wording of the attribution can vary as long as there is a link to the article being translated. I'd suggest the following format when translating future articles: This page contains content translated from the Swedish Wikipedia article at [[:sv:Kungsparken, Göteborg]]; see its history for attribution. Of course, make sure to update the article name and language code depending on the article being translated. Hope this helps – Lord Bolingbroke (talk) 00:32, 28 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
