Hi, welcome to Wikipedia. I see you PROD'd this article and others on your 2nd day with us, that's certainly a bold focus for a new or perhaps newly registered user. I've replied on the talk page, but just as a courtesy, it's considered a gesture of good faith if you put a note on the talk page of the article creator/main contributor letting them know you started that process. Thanks. [[User:Dmadeo|dm]] ([[User talk:Dmadeo|talk]]) 07:18, 26 December 2008 (UTC) |

Black Reign 56 (talk) 00:57, 27 December 2008 (UTC) But Iggy is a future major leaguer
I wasn't the original author. I merely did some style editing. I suspect a speedy might be in order, though. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 04:50, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks, and most importantly, thanks very much for joining NPP!!! We need all the help we can get. BTW, you might want to check out Twinkle, it's a great tool for new-page patrol. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 04:56, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
Hi, I just wanted to let you know why I deleted the CSD tag from Survival of the Fittest Live. The Amboy Dukes was Ted Nugent's band before he went solo. The article has been cleaned up, but will still need to be sourced by the author. Best regards. --OliverTwisted (Talk) (Stuff) 07:18, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
I have done a thorough reexamination of my article work, and have done a lot of editing. I removed the tag upon this in depth editing, and I am sure many will do further editing in the future, but it is a lot better than it was. Thanks! Monsieurdl mon talk-mon contribs 15:50, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

Hey thanks for touching up the article Massouma al-Mubarak. Could you help me expand it? --STTW (talk) 17:22, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
I don't know how much I can help, but I'll look into it. (insert smiley here). Quantumobserver (talk) 17:47, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
Twinkle did not create the AFD subpage for the article, and I removed the translusion from today's AFD page, so that will have to be readded. MrKIA11 (talk) 17:47, 28 December 2008 (UTC)
This is just a joke article, it doesn't require a deletion discussion. Some kid was bored in class and had five minutes on a computer and created it. It took 30 seconds of those five to do the actually writing. But a speedy deletion sign on articles of this nature and an admin will just delete it. Sorry if you were right in the middle of this, but too much time already on so little. --KP Botany (talk) 11:03, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
'Bout time you moved that nice little article into Wikipedia space. --KP Botany (talk) 03:41, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
Redirect of Carl cupid
Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Carl cupid, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Carl cupid is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Carl cupid, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 02:20, 6 January 2009 (UTC)
Permission
Hey Quantumobserver I was wondering if i could have permission to do something. I would like to start an award called "WIKIPEDIA'S MOST KNOW-IT-ALL ARTICLE LOVER" It is about members choosing favorite articles, and writing speeches about why they like it. I need permission for this, so do i get it?
Fr John Mcelory
Can I have that article back? Bchs23 (talk) 13:38, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
Erna
Actually, she is quite a character. For one thing, there is considerable speculation that she was romantically involved with AH (or at least, that he was in love with her, even if not reciprocated). This may have been a factor in the falling-out between AH and Geli Raubal, and may have contributed to Geli's suicide.
It also appears that Erna was involved in a plot to overthrow AH.
Sea urchin edits
It appears we are tripping over one-another trying to make the identical edit to the Sea Urchin page. No? Every time I think I have made it something else (reverting it back to the edit I am trying to correct) appears. Wikiuser100 (talk) 20:33, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
Your request for rollback
After reviewing your request for rollback, I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback can be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback may be removed at any time.
If you no longer want rollback, then contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some information on how to use rollback, you can view this page. I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, just leave me a message if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Happy editing! You appear to be in error here. Please remove or strike the warning. Don't worry about it to much, I know how hard to use Huggle can be, hopefully Christopher Pritchard won't mind, cheers SpitfireTally-ho! 22:18, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
what the fuck are you talking about? I removing my own comments that I made?!!!!!!!!This is bullshit and you need to let me remove the comments I made or else you're a criminal!!!!!!173.89.14.170 (talk) 01:09, 8 March 2009 (UTC)bcr
Hi, Quantumobserver. I looked back at the edit history, and the comment the user "bcr" (the IP user) removed was made by another IP address two years ago. Maybe his IP address got rotated? ~SunDragon34 (talk) 01:44, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
- See here for the backstory on this... ArakunemTalk 01:48, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
- Oops. Thanks for showing me that, Arakunem. ~SunDragon34 (talk) 01:58, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
- Ah. So all three are presumably the same person, and their actions are indeed prohibited?
- I noticed BCR hasn't edited in two and a half years. He's only got one edit. ~SunDragon34 (talk) 02:21, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
You keep collapsing the vandals' wave function! ;) Eeekster (talk) 04:09, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
Transistors are highly vulnerable to EMPs, this is a known fact
That's also the reason why computers stop to work after EMPs. So please, learn the physics and stop editing my light bulb entry. Every electronic device, that is build of transistors or semiconductors like LEDs will stop to work, including compact fluorescent lamps. For more information you can also read the Electromagnetic bomb article, especially the chapter "Effects". --78.43.183.222 (talk) 06:41, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of James pepper
A tag has been placed on James pepper requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.
