Article topic: Operational risk Operational risk

It provides the definition of Operational risk, its background/history, approaches to calculate the risk as well as difficulties.

Everything in the article is relevant to the article topic and nothing distracted me. No information is out of date. From my perspective, nothing is missing. But it would be better if it also introduce the serval software most of the companies use to manage operational risk. The article is neutral and there are no viewpoints that are overrepresented or underrepresented. I've checked a few citations, the links work and the source support the claims in the article
