Hello! I'm Emma, I'm from Germany and I'm currently studying computer science, with a focus on theoretical topics concerning hardware and software systems. Currently, I'm working on a project related to the formal verification of concurrent programs.

My other interests include other areas of mathematics, especially Abstract Algebra, and the history of science, philosophy and religion. I also enjoy weird fiction. Some of my favorite pieces of media include books like House of Leaves, Otherside Picnic and the Southern Reach Trilogy, video games like Yume Nikki, SIGNALIS, Disco Elysium, Fatum Betula and the Touhou series, and manga like Shimeji Simulation, Girls' Last Tour and Land of the Lustrous.

Apart from being a native German speaker and fluent in English, I am currently taking courses in French at university while also studying Japanese as a hobby.
