Elkus Manfredi Architects is an architectural firm based in Boston, Massachusetts founded in 1988 by David Manfredi and Howard F. Elkus, both fellows of the American Institute of Architects.[1] (Elkus died in 2017.)

Elkus Manfredi Architects was listed by the Boston Business Journal as the largest architecture firm in Massachusetts in both 2022 and 2023.[2]

The firm is also ranked as follows:
