The church has been listed as a monument in 1999.

History

First Church in Nekielce, and in fact the settlers built a house of prayer olęderscy in 1754. Olęder settlement took its name from its pioneers - known in Old Polish olędrami, and was based on the law brought by the first Dutch - Meliorantów land flooded, and used by the followers of German and Poles. In the eighteenth century to the Greater arrived German population religion Lutheran, or Lutheran. Dutch law gave odsadnikom favorable conditions not only economic, but also the freedom of religion. The location of the church, which has served the people of the surrounding villages decided the size of the settlement and it was demolished in 1881, the old house of worship, and the construction of a new brick church, which in its extant form. Repairs carried out in 1907 was the work of the Evangelical community, and the last Protestants left the Nekielki before entering Red Army in 1945. During World War II church served as a weapons depot and served the same function long after the war and slowly deteriorated steadily. In 1992 the church was purchased by the family of Karen-Tschurl.
