Hello, Wunghuang. I noticed you broke MOS:DAB guidelines with your edit without explaining why, so I reverted it. Could you please explain yourself? GilaMonster536 (talk) 17:35, 14 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Wunghuang, I have reverted this edit you made to Naval aviation that inserted "NAV-AV" as an alternative name for naval aviation in the lead paragraph. MOS:ALTNAME indicates that alternative names should only be placed in the lead paragraph if they are significant. A quick search on Goole Ngram tends to suggest that this term is not in wide use. Feel free to be WP:BOLD and make changes you feel add value to Naval aviation, however it is preferable to provide sources to support alternative names.
