Charlene Tony, known professionally as Lady Sha Bk, is an American rapper. She is best known for her singles "Run Up" and "Niggaz Calling", the latter of which her singles will be in her upcoming EP Tables Turn.

Early life
[edit]Charlene Tony (born November 28, 1994),[1][2] is an American hip-hop rapper known professionally as Lady Sha Bk.[3] She is an all-around Hip Hop entertainer born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.
Career
[edit]Her music career began with the release of her debut Mixtape Got Next on March 3, 2013, which included her hit single "Improved" .[4] that gave her the popularity in all social platforms. Fans fell in love with her amazing flow which most people call her the female Jay Z with a Beyonce stage presents. Performing is like a high that she can never come down from. She released a remix of "Shawty Lo hit single "Dey Know", and had the opportunity to open for him at his show while visiting Atlanta,GA. Other singles include Brooklyn (2016), Niggaz Callin (2018), Tip Her (2018), Run Up (2019) .[5]
Lady Sha Bk is amongst a new generation of young women rappers who are trying to make their mark similar to other strong women rappers. Nicki Minaj in the rap game. Lady Sha Bk acquired a versatile performance history from family friendly festivals to popular night clubs, fashion week and headlined her own show at Sob's NYC. In 2015, she appeared dancing in Need You Bad Music Video by Jazmine Sullivan feat Missy Elliot [6] which help her embarked on a short tour called "The Pride Tour" where she performed at three Pride Festivals in the U.S. Since then she has continued to perform on the same stage as major acts such as Meek Mill and A Boogie, Lil Kim and Dipset. Lady Sha Bk landed a feature in "Exit21 Magazine" Issue 4 where she spoke of the struggles in becoming rapper .[7]
In May 2019, Lady Sha Bk released her single "Run Up" along with dope visual [8] inspired by The Purge Movie with over however, in April 2020 she is set to release her highly anticipated EP "Tables Turn"
Acting career
[edit]In 2017 she appeared in (Season 3) Project Heat Series, as Officer Lewis. Project Heat Creator Tiffon “Pop” Dunn, and producer Doug “KD” Apparicio tell us they're crafting story lines for suburban viewers, and young men and women growing up - or living in public housing.[9]

[edit]Lady Sha Bk is known for her raw and uncut lyrics. She presents her sexuality throughout live performances. In an interview with On Hip-Hop she stated, "It's about being fearless, it's about being confident and me being confident sets the tone on stage."[10]
