Witty Beast is Tom Davies He lives in Bolton and is a 17 year old Student studying Biology, Geography, History and English Literature at AS level. He also takes a keen interest in Politics. He spends a lot of time watching and playing sport, particularly rugby, football and billiards. He beleives the drinking age should be sixteen, and/or relaxed, and that the police's time would be better spelt elsewhere rather than chasing up youths who are not necessarily causing trouble but just moderately drinking.
