Thein Sein was named the acting prime minister of Burma in April or May 2007, for the ailing Soe Win. Since Soe Win's death, an edit war has erupted over whether Thein Sein has officially succeeded Soe Win as premier. TheRequiemBellisHere insists that Thein Sein is indeed the PM, but has only provided one source to verify this fact, and that source doesn't specifically state that Thein Sein is no longer acting PM,just that he is no longer acting PM for a man who is dead. Meanwhile, there are more sources that suggest Thein Sein remains the acting PM, and none make mention of his officially being named PM. — WiseKwai 18:45, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
